In the spirit of the season two questions:

    1. What is the best gift of beer you've ever given this time of year? (Based on either the reaction or anticipated reaction of the recipient)

    2. What is the best gift of beer you've received at this time of year?

    For me, the answers are:

    1. A four-pack (for this year): Westvleteren 12, Struise Black Albert Batch "0", Struise Kabert, Stone VE 09-09-09.

    2. Last year, Malheur Brut Reserve 750ml & Brooklyn Black Ops 750ml.

You paid more than $20 for yours? I'm pretty sure the bottle I got was around $11.99.

Now that I think about it, it was a little South of $20 so you got a good deal or I got royally screwed...probably the latter!!! It definitely wasn't in the $11.99 range.

I like to drink Boulevard's Nutcracker Ale, a good six pack and you'll be the life of the party

Gonna wake up and crack a bomber of BCBCS '12 while cooking a light breakfast.
I'll check on the bacon wrapped turkey in the smoker, and start prepping the trimmings for holiday brunch (family is coming)
Next beer will be an IPA just to change it up a bit, followed by a Founders CBS.
I'll have another IPA with the meal itself, and then with dessert I'll likely enjoy a NG Serendipity with the family.

    Happy Holidays!

    IMO Unibroue Terrible ($9) >>> 17 - that's just me though, don't want to start a war.

To answer main question, a good Noel is what I go with. Love that santa hat on my beer bottle.
