I bought like 6 of these bottles in December of 2010. $6.99 a bottle which was suspiciously low but its ok. I have three others that have been in my basement since then. How long can these cellar for?

You should be a trailblazer to set the standard for all other BAs who ask the same question in the future.

I'm in the same boat but three of each. Had the Grand Cru a few weeks ago and it was solid.

Cant speak on the Jack and Kens but I drank the imp helles bock the other day and didnt think it was great, granted I never had it fresh, but to me the alcohol was way too strong and the other flavors too muted.

Exactly. Unless a beer has a proven track record when it comes to aging, we are all in the dark.

Only one way to find out. Open one every year or every other year until they're gone!

Had a bottle back in August and it was off the hook. I have a few more I am planning on drinking 1 each year, but I was debating drinking more because it had already become much better than I thought it would, so good its hard to imagine it getting any better, but Im expecting it to hold up for a few more years.

I opened a Grand Cru last night. Tasted great when it was first poured. Like a wonderful combination of Bigfoot and Celebration.

As it warmed the flavor of the beginning of oxidation was setting in. This was stored in a cabinet in an NYC apartment. Not ideal cellar conditions.

I had a Fritz and Ken's (stout) maybe 3-4 months ago - it was drinking very well. I had a Jack and Ken's (Barleywine) about a month ago - that was extremely nice. They both already had signs of age on them and I personally don't think they'll get any better.

Had the Barleywine a couple months ago and it was awesome! Can't imagine it getting any better. Sure wish I had more of it!

A beer like this will definitely age well. Decide on an interval and take notes. I also have three and can't wait to try one this year.

I think I posted about having one back in Sept or Nov cellar reviews. It wasn't mind blowing, but ok IMO. Too much on the dry side for my liking. It could probably go 5 years, but seeing as how you have 6 of them- drink one now and see for yourself!
