My name is Tait and I work at Deep Ellum Brewing Company. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to all the supporters and I promise we'll be doing some other new things in 2013 ... including our first barrel aged American Barley Wine.

We sold our first beer 11/11/2011 and launched with Backslider Blonde (since retired) and Double Brown Stout. We added Festivus and Darkest Hour in 2011, but all the remaining beers we've released since came out in 2012. What a year!

Here's a list of beers in our first full year of production:
    • Backslider Blonde (discontinued)
    • Double Brown Stout (year round)
    • Deep Ellum IPA (year round)
    • Rye Pils (year round)
    • Dallas Blonde (year round)
    • Festivus (seasonal)
    • Farmhouse Wit (seasonal)
    • Rocktoberfest (seasonal)
    • Darkest Hour (Limited Release)
    • Cherry Chocolate Double Brown Stout (Limited Release)
    • Dreamcrusher (Limited Release)
    • Wealth & Taste (Limited Release)
    • Hop Seeker (Limited Release)
    • 1st Anniversary Brew (Limited Release)

If you'd like to read more about any of these beers, btw, feel free to download the PDF at http://bit.ly/DEBC_BeerDescriptions_10-2012

So, again, thank you and Happy New Year!

    Cheers,
    Tait

The Barley Wine sounds delish! Is it going to be bottled, and if so, sent around the DFW area? I'm in Fort Worth and see Deep Ellum in bottles here and there, I would love to get some of the Barley Wine. Great beers by the way! Keep it up.

The Rye Pils might be the most underrated Pils around. I love your stuff keep it, and send more to Houston.

    Howdy Tait!

I heard we got some DE IPA bottles here in Houston. Was this a limited shipment? I haven't seen it at any at my normal Specs or HEBs.

I've heard great things. Dallas gets all the good stuff, In n' Out, Capriotti's, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Tait, send bottles down south to San Antonio...with a cheerleader and a Double-Double (no pickles). Thanks.

I'll settle for just bottles ;-)

In n Outs will be opening in the Austin area in 2013, so you won't have to go quite so far for that. But we sure could use more Deep Ellum down this way.........
