it was solid. good full flavored wheat ale with a good dose of honey. not unlike the town hall honey ale (thunderstorm or whatever).

Barrel aged week at Town Hall is upon us! Also I feel like a new Unchained should be coming up soon.

I heard the next Unchained is an all-organic brew, I'll probably pass on that but I am looking forward to the Schells Barleywine and Surly Se7en, SEVIIN or whatever it is that will be ready when it's ready

I want an amazing MN made sour. A tue, full frontal sour ala Cascade or Cantillon. Not this mildly tart shit.

I try to buy organic foods where it makes sense but personally, I don't think the qualities of the organic ingredients have enough of an impact in the whole scheme of things for me to justify buying the six pack

Interesting. I've found from my own brewing experience that organic malts are at the very least equal in quality to non organic malts. So, while they may not add a "organic" flavour to a beer, they certainly won't detract from it either. Ive pretty much enjoyed all of Summits Unchained beers, and all their other beers for that matter, so I will defenetly be on the look out for this one.
