Most anything by Bert Grant
GI Rare for me.
Bells Wheat Love thank you Larry and Laura, glad to cross that one off this list.
Bells Bourbon Barrel Batch 9000
Bourbon County Vanilla
Stone 16th Anniversary IPA
2011 Sam Adams Infinium
Young's Oatmeal Stout
Deschutes Black Butte XXIV
There are some turding out in a cooler in my hometown...
And I would probably have to go with Avery Twenty... When that beer was fresh it was incredible.
Stone 09 Vertical Epic
Stone 15th anny
SN Tumbler? Because that just got released recently
The one in the middle.
And, I loved Ithaca 13th Anniversary.
Try one, and age the rest. I think it would be well worth it.
Beer Hates Astronauts was pretty phenomenal; Half Acre had it for 4 or 5 days before it sold out, and I don't think it's coming back. Which is a shame, because it's like Citra Ninja and Zombie Dust's love-child.
Also, any New Glarus Thumbprint that isn't made again (I know that's cheating, but you can never tell whether they'll bring a beer back or not).
Anything and everything from the long-gone Heavyweight Brewing formerly of Ocean Twp, NJ. Especially "Old Salty" barleywine. Loved the beers, loved the open houses in the tiny little brewery, good times, good people...just wish I had the will power to hang on to bottles I had cellared long ago.
NB Red Hoptober
i dont know if it will never be brewed again but its not this year
Bourbon County Rare
Bourbon County Vanilla (only because when i had it last month it tasted exactly like a regular bcbs)
oh and of course i forgot to mention Blushing Monk
Firestone Walker 14th Anniversary.
Doesn't De Struise still make this by using Portsmouth's recipe and blending? I know there were plenty of bottles sitting around in shops when I was in Belgium earlier this year.
Alaskan Frontier Ale. Damn.
It did, but it's being retired:
My taste buds crave one more tiny sip of Perkuno's Hammer!
I still have about 12 year old Drifters in my DBF downstairs. I drink one every so often--some taste like Drifter, some taste like something from DFH.
Pete's Wicked Winter Brew. I believe they stopped making it around 1995. Good as hell to stick a 6 pack in the snow when I was shovelling the driveway in a snow storm.
FarmHands when it was still called FarmHands.
Super IPA from New Belgium and Alpine
That's still on the shelf in 2 places I know of
Man I used to dig his IPA & Russian Imp Stout...one of the first examples of RIS I remember seeing
Black Butte XXIII for great justice!
Allagash's Old HLT. I was at the brewery today and asked (an extremely knowledgeable bar tender) and was told it's very unlikely. Unfortunate cause it was awesome...
Caledonian's MacAndrews Scotch Ale when the original OG was 1080.
I have some Oat laying around... That mint chocolate was definitely tasty
Definite fan of blushing monk, they have it on cellar at Porter bar in Atlanta, had one for my bday, good $30 spent
Might get hated on for this but when I first started to get into craft brews around 2001 I had Pyramid pyramid amberwizen. I thought it was pretty tasty back then. Only had one 6 pack of it. I think I got the last 6 pack in KY. Not sure how much I would like it now. I was converting from Amber Bock to craft beers at the time.
