Brewery Vivant: Tart Side of the Moon
FFF Blot Out The Sun. I assume it won't be made again, hope I'm wrong though.
I have a bottle of the Barleywine cellaring. How is it drinking currently?
Stone 15th Anniversary (actually popped the 1 bottle I aged this year)
Founders 2010 Nemesis
Two bucks?? That's awesome. I definitely would've stocked up on them, win - win situation right there.
Seriously? That's great news! Whoever said it was Zombie Dust's big brother was spot on!
I really loved this beer too.
Terrapin Depth Charge.
Appalachian brewing company Golden Toos
Two Bro's Red Eye Coffee Porter
I second the Pete's Wicked Winter Brew. That was my jam as a 17 yr old starting out in the craft game.
Goose Island XOCOLATL
Loved this beer
Yeah, me too.
Old Nick is sorely missed.
Yes seriously, and I thought it was more like the offspring of panzer and zombie.
Dont assume anything from them wont be brewed again.
Roxy Rolls! Magic Hat excels at cancelling all their good beers, while keeping the mediocre ones...
Alpine/New Belgium Super IPA. A top ten for me.
Epic Farmer's Tan.
Agree this was a solid offering, but they have other similar beers, at least.
Both *might* be brewed again, hoping so with Fort so I can try it, but not going to hold my breath.
If they rebrewed those beers
just saw that. Can't wait to get some
Sam Adams Hallertau Imperial Pilsner, Goose Island Imperial IPA, Ivory Coast Mamba Malt Liquor.
Still got some of the first two in the fridge, where they've been for years. Probably aren't good anymore, but I like knowing they're there.
Mamba came in a 22 oz bomber with white foil over the cap and an alligator on a gold label. The brewery burned down during a civil war in Africa. A shame. Best malt liquor ever. Like Elephant, but with a hint of seaweed (in a good way).
Last week I saw a bottle that got mixed up with some sparkling wines I had in my cellar. I was psyched because I thought it was an original bottle of Heart of Darkness, but it turned out to be a Thumbsucker. Best before 2003? We'll see about that.
First beer I thought of... I think people forget how amazing this beer was... truly remarkable
You have some serious self-control, sir. If I had any of either of those first two, they would have been long gone.
My dad used to drink it when I was little
I did to when no one was looking
I think it was NA.
Allagash FV13. Mind-Blowingly good.
Should have picked up more.
Epic Hop Zombie, Stillwater As Follows, Monster Barleywine
Thanks. Got two of each left. Pulled them out a year ago to taste, and they were still good enough to drink.
Found a Mamba on ebay last year. It wasn't drinkable. Too bad...
Feast of Fools.. Magic Hat, the best beer I've had from them.
Lagunitas Doppel weizen
I just picked up a fresh bottle today!
King and Barnes Sussex Bitter
Brain of the Turtle
La Folie (Falling rock Anniversary version)
Peach Jai Alai?
lot's of other CCB stuff
I've taken to stockpiling them, buying them wherever I can find them. I figure since they're a one-off, I can age them and sell em for a bit more (or enjoy them!) later.
I'm pretty sure there's a place here in Charlotte that has cases of each of those sitting in the cooler......
