Not the most customer friendly shipping policy, though:

"No refunds or exchanges, not even for damaged products. Buy at your own risk."

I've bought Union Jack and Double Jack from Let's Pour. www.letspour.com

Good customer service, and free shipping on 6+ bottles.

And you left out : However, our number one goal is to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition and our pulp shippers have been proven to be extremely dependable.

    Why did you do that?

Every shipper has the potential for breakage, as we've all learned. Most companies will replace broken bottles - I think its important to be aware that they won't.

Fair enough but I have never had a problem with a store shipping to me....most of them ship beers using the same cardboard inserts that B&V uses and I've had zero issues re broken bottles. Others use styrofoam, same results. The only times I've had broken bottle issues came up when trading. I don't think a disclaimer like ""No refunds or exchanges, not even for damaged products. Buy at your own risk." should be taken too seriously. Not when a store has a track record of the likes of Bine & Vine.
