Good catch I didn't even see that. I was referring to some else's post before mine that said it was going to be on premise only.

The label says 16.9 oz. or 500 ml as wsnich stated.

Had it on tap, it honestly wasnt all that great. They way overdid the bourbon on it... completely obliterated the base beer. If they dial it down, it would be great.

I too had it at Hay Merchant on their opening day and drank it side by side with Saint Arnold Imperial Whiskey Stout (which we would later learn to be Bishop's Barrel #1) and the bourbon barrel Burried Hatchet was much, much better. http://instagram.com/p/HCqo3fH4FN/ I can honestly say it was the most memorable beer I drank in all of last year. So good.

yes, I hear they still have a keg of it in the back as well. The one during soft opening was a year old if I'm not mistaken?

That wasn't BB1 at the Hay Merchant opening. BB1 had barely been in the barrels at that point.

That was their standard whiskey stout that they have made the last few years, which used Tatonka as the base beer.

I'm not sure how old it was but you're right, they still have a keg of it. They told me they were going to tap it along with bunch of other beers for their anniversary on February 15th.

So did I miss this or is it still upcoming? I see a few have had it on draft, but what about the cans and bombers?

I emailed the brewery shortly after my post yesterday and they emailed the following back:

Glad I didn't miss out on this one.
