They're shipping it down this week. Which means we'll see it anywhere from next week to Christmas. Probably the week of the 17th like I believe they originally stated we'd see it in stores.

I'd watch for it Monday. But would really like for it to make it here by Friday.

Prairie stuff normally lands on Fridays I think. Maybe Friday?

I'll be curious to see how this is allocated. Guessing that very few stores are going to see it...and we should probably all head to Lonestar...to get in line now.

I saw Christmas bomb has made it to CO, do we have any estimates on it hitting TX?

No label approval yet. Will hit likely in the next couple of weeks though.

Brimestone Bomb could be tomorrow, Friday or early next week. I am guessing it depends on your city.

FWIW, I heard tomorrow in the Houston from a few people. We'll see though.

Prairie normally drops on Fridays here in the ATX. Hopefully that's the case cause I'll be able to hunt a couple bottles down

I talked to a Favorites Brand rep and he showed me his computer showing that all his accounts, even the large ones were only getting 1 case. He also assumed he would be delivering it Friday.

Take that info for what it's worth. I personally will not be wasting my time trying to chase this extremely limited release. I have a feeling it's not going to be much different from regular bomb, and even more expensive. (As if bomb isn't pricey enough)

I'v yet to have a Bomb or Noir that tasted like barrel. Not saying they are bad, just saying coffee noir tasted like just coffee. Vanilla like vanilla. Pirate tasted like a Bomb with a HINT of rum at the end. Good beers, just not worth it IMO.

The biggest change IMO is the smokiness on BA Bomb. I didn't think Pirate had a huge barrel presence either but I enjoyed the subtle barrel flavor and notes and thought it was well made. Fred's blend was a HUGE difference.

From everything that I have heard, there is less of it than Pirate and less stores will even get it. Likely 1 case max at stores.

So, the hoarders who have the day off will be driving to each of the stores and getting their supplies while people at work will likely get none.
