Can anyone recommend a good light beer to use for a Dark Lord Black and Tan?
Arctic Panzer Wolf
Light and blendable. Make this your last beer of the evening.
ST Creme brulee
Can you say anaphylactic shock.
I think what you meant was "diabetic coma". Anaphylactic shock is in reference to allergic reactions. Also, yes, that combo would probably spin someone into a serious medical condition.
DLD 2010, friends and I all stayed at our buddy's house in Munster, he had a ping pong table, and we'd stuck around for the late sales of Dark Lord so we had a decent amount of bottles, so we decided to play Dark Lord pong. After a couple rounds of that, a few of the guys decided they wanted to do the "ultimate black and tan", using the Westy 12 and Dark Lord. I unfortunately missed out on this part, but I heard it was, er.... magical?
You correct, but its diabetic ketoacidosis.
120 min IPA or Devil Dancer
Bud Select 55.
Seriously though mays well go with a nice IPA if you're into them.
White Devil (actually looks pretty tasty)
...or Heady. This was good:
Sink the Bismarck should do the trick
Miller High Life
How about you just drink the Dark lord. Keep the chemistry in the lab.
Something crazy bitter and toasty to mask the sweetness of DL
I'd say use something from Saint Arnold to make it a Heaven & Hell, but everything they do is awful. Maybe use Lost Abbey's Saints Devotion if you're okay with something less or not at all carbonated.
I'd go with a bottle of Cantillon Fou Fonne, or maybe an Armand 4.
Separate names with a comma.
