I guess he, at least partially, changed his mind:

"Current BOTTLES available at the shop:
    • Flora (Satsuma Mandarin).
    • Others. "

Anyone care to guess what 'Others' is?

On second thought, you better not...

I would think it's a pretty safe guess to go with Everett and Arthur.

It was very mellow that day. And very pleasant. Hope it stays that way for awhile...

They were confident it would last through last week, but not sure about this week.

Also, we're at about the timeframe we should be seeing b2 Convivial with soigné soon to follow.

I would kill for another few bottles of Soigne. My personal favorite beer of the year. Please keep us updated on when it drops. Hopefully there's no bottle limits.

Dan is out of there and on his own. These must be his last batches, eh?

Yes, he's gone, but maybe Shaun can/will keep brewing this recipe under the Grassroots line? Or maybe Dan will start brewing it? I just hope someone keeps that one going.

Shaun assured me that those were his recipes when I told him I was sad Dan was leaving, and that they would continue.

I hope there are still some nice bottles when I head to Vermont at the end of October. Sounds like some great beers hitting the shelves!

They probably made enough on the 9/26 release alone! lol! With an approximate number of ~$25k on bottles alone that day (not including Sankt Hans and Arctic Saison), plus massive amounts of growler fills, I'd say they're doing pretty well  not to mention all their sales are cash!
