I carried over a HeBrew Sweet 16. What about you?
Cantillon St Lamvinus. First one ever. Very good but not so sure its worth what it takes to get it
Finished w/an amazing (if slightly, and unintentionally-infected) Block 15 Figgy Pudding....toasted with Freixenet Brut at midnight...drinking...we'll see, for the rest of the night
Wake and Bake. It was effortless and natural. Coffee is more interesting than hops this year. Unless some new shit happens.
Lakewood The Temptress
Arctic Panzer Wolf- startin her off with a hoppy bang
Also had Wake and Bake as my 1st of 2013.
Then fresh Flower Power. Pretty Tasty.
Drinking a Spotted cow home brew clone I made.
Popped a 2012 Goose Island Juliet just before the clock struck midnight.
pipeworks Galaxy Unicorn. Delicious
Odell IPA, haven't had it in a few months and realized what I've been missing.
Great choice! Almost went with that
Had some bourbon county coffee 2012 earlier, staring 13 with a revolution straight jacket.
Good old Double Bastard. Solid.
I finished off my SN Celebration Ale.
Black xantus... Interesting malty backbone with bourbon and wine barrel layers. Actually it was quite nice.
Founders Bolt Cutter. I don't understand the antihype; I think it's really enjoyable.
CBS. Held it for awhile but it was worth it!
Bourbon County courtesy of rmcnealy... Thanks a bunch Rob!!
2013 is getting off to a warm and wonderful start.!!
2011 Sam Adams Infinium. All I got to say is yuck!! Way to much head and aweful taste.
2011 Bourbon County Coffee Stout carried me into 2013 and then opened an O'so Night Train. Not impressed with the latter. Gonna grab a Lagunitas Sucks to finish this off right.
2012 Firestone Walker Sucaba. First time I have had it and it was wonderful.
2012 Founders Imperial Stout!
Little over 15 minutes until we ring in the new year out here in Seattle and I'm getting a bottle of Fremont B-bomb ready!
MOAS 12, shared with several who were too drunk to know they were drinking beer. Quite enjoyable.
Started off with BA Boris.happy new year to myself
Stone Mint Chocolate Imperial Stout. Happy New Year!
Budweiser. I was with my people. That's what they drink.
Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale
Firestone Walker DDBA, but that's just how it all worked out- last soldier standing, and all that. At the start of the night my plan was just to freeform it, based on what I had available and what my mood was:
Here' s hoping 2013 brings the promise of a new year to all!
Stuck at work to start the new year off...not gonna have beer for a month while I get back on Health Mode...My first beer of 2013 will be PtY on February 1st...Happy New Years fellow BA's...
Easy street, Odell!
Danced with the one that brought me several years ago: Samuel Smith Taddy Porter.
