  1. I can only speak for SF, but it's arriving at stores as of today. If anyone sees it in other areas, post here to let everyone know. Happy holidays!

Got some from the brewery yesterday, drinking beautifully.
  7. Picked it up totally randomly today in Santa Cruz Co. Without a doubt the dankest IPA in 6-pack form.

  8. nugget in davis has it
  9. Picked some up at Safeway in Fairfield. Amazing beer. Really reminds me of Blind Pig. Truly a shame it isn't going to be year round; they should phase out Maximus and put this in instead.

Definitely a great beer, just in time for Christmas. Wish I had some more Stone Enjoy By to pair with it.
  11. Crazy how reminiscent of Blind Pig this beer is.

So if it's in Nocal it should hit SAC a couple months from now ?

    ;)

  13. Lagunitas Sucks has been converted to year round. Read that in an article recently. Too lazy to cut and paste, but I'm almost positive it will be year round.
  14. Nope. They changed it back. Check their website.
  15. This makes me sad.

  16. Yup. I was really looking forward to it year round as well.

  20. Shit, are people now truck chasing and buying cases of this too?!?

Can't we just get beers and not freak out about every single release?

  21. We got 10 cases where I work and it hasn't been selling particularly fast; I think you'll be okay on this one.
  22. Some tell me what the exciting news is on the bottom of the six pack?

Its crazy. The bottle shop near me got 3-4 cases of this and kept it in the back because people were coming in asking to buy their whole allotments. This beer release frenzy is getting ridiculous.

I'm pretty disappointed to hear they decided not to make it year round. I'll have to check out their website to see the reasoning for this.

they used up all of a certain hop variety last year so I would assume not being able to get the hop bill the same the entire year would be a driving factor. with their expansion it can't be fermenter space

But didn't they make Sucks do to the fact they used up the hops/other ingredients used to make brown shugga?
  28. Anyone see Sucks in San Jose?

no, brown shugga requires more fermentation time and they were hurting on space in fermenters so they made sucks instead. sucks was immensely popular so they ended up making more batches than they originally planned.

  35. I didn't see anything on the bottom, or anywhere, that would be considered news.
  36. Its so fucking good. Is it just me or does the rye seem more apparent this year?
