Sounds good. Hopfully they can be more consistent with it than Limbo.

I like when brewers mention the hops they've used, and Space Juice's bill sounds promising: Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, Columbus and Ella.

(admittedly, I've never heard of Ella before)

Is this really ultra-limited? If not I could give a shit.

Ella's a derivative of galaxy, I believe. Check out Ipswich's Hop Harvest to get a taste, it's good stuff.

Night Shift did an ella-hopped beer as well, very tasty stuff.

I've had a few tastings of Space juice and found it underwhelming at best

Hell ya. Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic, and Ella. I love the direction Long Trail has been going the past couple years.

In the way where if it's really good it stays really good. The first few batches of Limbo were excellent. After that it's been a struggle to even get one down. It was a clean crisp IPA with bright hop aroma and taste. Now it's progressed into what I can only describe as a muddled amber brewed with stressed yeast.

Just saw the release of Space Juice...sounds like they're continuing to evolve their IPA line. Heading out to see if it's available locally yet. See how it compares...
    Available in 16oz cans:
Space Juice - A Double-IPA of the cosmic kind, this super-limited brew.

The truth is out there. Two-row and caramel malts lay the foundation for hops, hops and more hops. Send your taste buds to orbit with the out-of-this-world citrus and pine notes of Galaxy, Mosaic Citra, Columbus and Ella hops.

*Limited Vermont release with intergalactic (expanded) distribution scheduled for 2016.

    Alcohol By Volume: 8.7%

    International Bittering Units: 82

    Color: Orange Amber

I really like how the label has to specify that it does not contain juice.

seeing as how this was released at the brewery this past Friday 8/28...if I'm able to swing by tomorrow on my way home from HF, I should be good at picking some up?
