    It will be a $60 bottle of Eclipse aged in barrels that were buried in Danish peat for 10 years, unearthed and then filled with stout and buried again for another year.

    Hopefully it'll be open when I visit later on this year. I went to school for 3 years in Newark NJ. After dealing with that, I'm not scared to walk anywhere at night.

  4. You know you're right. Maybe gypsy brewing is just a bad idea. It takes time to develop consistency and quality. Usually I don't judge a brewery until they produced at least dozen batches on any new system.
  5. All the Euros reading the posts discussing ease of parking around this bar think that's completely fucked up.
