$35 for King Henry. Best money I've ever spent at a bar. And the bartender was totally cool with me taking it home and not drinkning it there. Win and win.

I paid either $30 or $40 for Fruet. Can't remember. If it was $30 then the $35 bottle of 3F Shaerbeekse Kriek and $35 bottle of St. Lamvinus are my most expensive.

I was going to say Old Rasputin XIV, but then I remembered I got it for half off, so.... I don't know. Nothing too pricey I'm sure. :stuck_out_tongue:

You won't! I was lucky to get mine from the source (~$13) so it makes paying for others like...

    $10 12oz Uncle Jacobs
    $10 12oz Rumpkin
    $30 22oz 50/50 Eclipse
    $27 750ml Oude Tart

    a lot easier to swallow.

I would buy every one again sans maybe 50/50

just chimay blue ... $13.95 or whatever.

it and Rochefort 10 work out to just over 50 cents per ounce.

Moylan's Hopsickle also was in that range.

I figure until I know more about what it is I'm drinking, I need to stick mostly in the 22 cents per ounce and below range (that includes Stone IPA and Arrogant Bastard).

per ounce (store) i'd probably have to say angel's share at $21 for approx 12oz... per ounce (bar) around the holidays i had utopias at ~$24 for 1.5oz... and overall fruet was in the $35 neighborhood, maybe even a little more.

edit: as for whether i'd do it again, the answer is no across the board. all three were (are) stellar, especially angel's share and utopias, but not at those prices.

$200 for a bottle of Utopias.
Also spent 50 euro a piece for vintage bottles of 3F in Beersel, Belgium at the 3F brewery cafe. Ended up with a 150+ euro tab. Wish I could do it everyday, well worth the money.
