By friends you mean mules, right?
Picked up three KBS yesterday and a sixer of Bell's Cherry Stout. Appreciate that the Cherry Stout has had time to age. Nice tart taste.
Sweet dark nectar of the Gods...
That's a whole lotta 120min hazes.
The LaCumbre bomb dropped on my house today, courtesy of @Irrenarzt :
Project Dank x3
Café Con Leche
Uncommon Brewers Baltic Porter
Uncommon Brewers Siamese Twin Ale
We just agreed on the Elevated and Dank, the rest were extras! Thanks to this awesome trader I can get my Elevated fix tonight
Big thanks to @Dag48 for this awesome haul!
I never knew this thread existed! Props to @RustyP for his box, which also came today. I already put his stuff away but now that I know about this thread, I'll post up in the future.
That said I got:
1 Commercial Suicide (new farmhouse yeast)
2 Bible Belt
and SA Bishop's Barrel 4.
Solid stop at the corner liquor store this evening....
I like coffee and I like beer. First day of KBS hunting complete.
I bet nobody else has ever bought these two beers at the same time before.
lets hope this is the last time lol
One of the happiest days of my life... thank you @Zaximus for this sweet BIF package.
Willing to trade a KBS for a BOMB!... Know anyone who has any? Lol
Thanks to @EricGreen for a great trade! Looking forward to completing the 2nd half of the trade soon!
I kind of want to trade with him.
You held up a beer store for your haul?
jesus christ @ the people with so much KBS. no wonder people who work all day can't even get a single bottle.
It's not much but I got this on my way to work.
Multiple Hy-Vee's stoney brook and pacific st. and Beertopia.. It was a long day but worth it!!!
I definitely will by buddies at beertopia told me to try it I haven't been a huge fan of Peace Tree because the Belgian yeast they use but the no coast uses an ale yeast so I excited to try it.
Those are mighty fine choices you have there.
First of all, how was the snow? We go a few times a year and were pretty disappointed this year. Secondly, you found those in Santa Fe right? I can find Elevated in Taos, but not the project danks. Cheers!
Oh no, Thank YOU! You are one quality trader!
Snow was nothing special but the weather was great so I'm not complaining.
Not Santa Fe - stop at Kokoman in Pojoaque about 15 min past Santa Fe. A surprisingly good beer selection.
Haha just for the Bourbon County
hahah haven't seen a gun pic on here yet...some crazyness but this is new lol
This was the last two days
And this was my very first bottle of KBS that I was able to get my hands on just hours before it slipped out of my hands and exploded on the cement while I was moving it.
^^^ RIP KBS
Not a bad lunch break...
Fire And Blood Red Ale
Pliny The Elder
Prairie Artisan Ales / Evil Twin Bible Belt
India Pale Ale
One Claw Rye Pale Ale
Jai Alai IPA
Humidor Series India Pale Ale
Invasion Pale Ale
Tell me about it. I had a bomber and two other 12oz bottles in the bag. I was moving them from my trunk to my back seat so as not to forget them once I got home. Picked the bag up felt it slip then PSSHHH!!! I frantically looked through the back hoping it wasn't the KBS. Much to my dismay it was.
A quick $18.00 stop on my way home from work.
Just started into the No Coast and its great!!
Only if I can lick the cap first.
This is what I gathered on my day off of work:
I'm not a fan either for the same reason. But I thought this eas an excellent IPA.
All I was about to get...this is what happens when you have to go to work on release day. Still better than nothing I suppose.
