    Safeale US-05 yeast
(per Mr. Malty I need 1.1 packets of yeast so I'll probably stick to a 1 L yeast starter if I do one.)

The part I need help on is the hop additions - order and time. Any changes?

With the little I know of this beer (been a while since I had one), this looks good. It may be heavy on the hops from what I can remember (6.5 ounces)...and I can't say I have a suggestion except that you may want to mix in a 15 or 20 minute addition (Sterling or Centennial) and go from there.

I have read that the yeast used is American II or California V

I saw that also. How much difference do think using one of those compared to us-05 would make? My reason for using us-05 is that is my go-to for ales and this beer has so much going on I'm not sure one would pick up the differences.
