Hey all, I made a veggie chili last night and it came out absolutely amazing. I just thought I'd share it with you all. 1 Large sweet potato, 1 large parsnip, 1 can of corn, 1 1/2 cups of cooked red kidney beans, 1 1/2 cups of cooked black beans, one 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes, a clove of garlic, a whole mess of spices (lots of chili powder, cumin, black pepper, white pepper, oregano, cocoa powder, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper, paprika, and of course salt). And....one 12 oz bottle of Long Trail Hibernator (which is a Scottish Ale).
