Scientists Suggest Beer After Workout

  1. nutrition science is constantly evolving.
    the only thing i believe in is hitting (or coming close to hitting) your macros and calories in/calories out....
    if you can fit a beer or two into your cut caloric allowance...you'll lose weight, if you can fit it into your maintenance caloric allowance....you'll maintain
    if you don't care, you'll get fat

    but if you do care, check out a calorie calculator and figure it out, its pretty easy to put together a diet that takes care of your nutrional needs as far as vitamins go while still having a few beers.

    I like to put a scoop of protein into a barrel aged stout. Chocolate flavored protein works the best, but vanilla is good too.
