For the last 3-4 weeks I have not had much during the week. Starting out, I went to the gym every morning 4 days a week, and played soccer on the weekends, NO beer at all during the week, maybe 4-6 over the first two weekends, and I lost 10-15 pounds. Mind, I'm not over weight or anything, just health conscious as many of you are are. Last SUNDAY I gained 5lbs, and this week has been dedicated to loosing those pounds. I did have two beers last night and I plan to have at least several tonight. This morning I was sitting pretty at about 176 & change, which is down 20+lbs from last july. Mid-170's is more my "normal" weight, at least the last 8-10 years. Would love to drop another 10. Best of luck all around. Cheers.
