    Right now most exited about my Konigshoeven Quadrupel. My understanding is the sweet spot is six years. Bottles are dated Feb 1, 2007. Yes, have some.

    The only beers that are pre 2012 are 2 bottles of Brute (2-3 years old) and 2 bottles of LeBleu (4ish years old).
  12. Purely for the age it has to be MacAuslan's 1999 Vintage Ale, and for sheer scarcity, Scotch Irish Brewing's Tsarina Katrina RIS from 2005 (?)
  13. I've got a bottle of Westy 12 from the release last year. I should be defending my Ph.D early next year, and a friend had suggested that it would be a good post-defense beer. We'll see if I can hold onto it that long (never tried it).
