First are my three bottles of 2010 Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze which will be given to my son on his 21st-ish birthday. Also that is the one and only beer my wife liked. Secondly my Veritas 009, which is the best beer I've ever had. Also, maybe 2010 BA Decadence and Berserker.
Man I wish I had one of those bottles of that.
My 2011 Avery Mephistopheles. I know its not the oldest, but I search high and low for more Meph after I got to try it once (it was 4 years old at the time). But AZ stopped getting Avery so it took some searching out of state and it always seems to be the first one to disappear of their Demons of Ale series.
Is that unopened? Awesome.
my 100+ bottles of gueuze and lambic
best bottle? probably my Framboos (most recent release)
I can't imagine Rare getting any better than it is now...

I did. I just got it Thursday and drank it last night. Thanks for the tip bro.
The thread states 'best in your cellar' not best beer you have in your fridge. Cellar meaning the beers you're aging.

Central Waters 1414 (Was at a store two or so months after it was released, beer guy saw me stocking up on the Bourbon Barrel Stout, BB Barleywine, and Peruvian Morning, asked if I was interested in a bottle, and got one from the back. GREAT DAY.)
BCBS this year, ONLY because unlike last year, I could actually buy it by the 4-pack and not just a single from a store that sold out in god knows how many minutes, heh.
2010 Cable Car, 2011 Blabaer, Batch 3 Beatification, Iced Eclipse and my eight Bourbon County Coffee are my crown jewels.
It'll be coming out again next month, with Big John.
