I only need two, Columbus IPA and Columbus Bodhi. They're enough reason to never leave Columbus.

    In Connecticut:

    1. NEBCO Sea Hag
    2. Founder's Red Rye PA (counts right?)
    3. Green Flash West Coast
    4. Hopstoopid if $5 or less

I also find myself picking up the following when needing an IIPA or if available:

    Deviant Dale's
G'Knight (I love the new 16 oz cans)
    Palate Wrecker
    Gandhi-Bot

No Racer 5, and Stone is too expensive in CT for me. Plus, I don't have the same amount of love for Finest Kind as others do. Especially after I have had a fresh Sea Hag. Yum!

I'll play with Delaware (although most of my beer shopping takes place in PA and MD). I will also stick to "single" IPAs as defined by this site.

    1. Troegs Perpetual (when fresh, it's hard to beat)
    2. Evo Lot No3
    3. Victory HopDevil
    4. Uinta Hop Notch
    5. Caldera IPA

    HM:
Stone IPA (could be higher if you could track down a bottle less than several months old around here)

Wait, you mean you can't walk into any store with a half-way decent selection and get Heady Topper?
Even people who live in No. Vermont would have a tough time putting HT on this list following the OP's guideline considering the few stores that do stock it usually sell out before a resupply comes. The Lawsons and HF posts are even more of a stretch since neither do a full-time seasonal or year-round IPA/DIPA (even the more frequent ones like Abner rotate without much of a set schedule). Not really trying to be a party pooper for this thread but there are enough overall top 5 threads as it is.

Anyway, for this list I'll include:
    Smuttynose Finestkind
    Stone IPA
    FW Union Jack
SN Torpedo (Celebration during the season)
Wachusett Green Monsta or Dales Pale Ale for cans.

Yeah- NJ/NY border myself. I'd consider adding Southern Tier IPA to the list, but you have to find it under a month old.

That's my point. The thread is. Just another "what's your top five ipa's available year round" thread. And once again everyone is throwing names out there to impress each other. Hell, people are even throwing apa's on thelists.

Exactly. I just quoted your post because I was surprised how long I was scrolling before someone called people out. I don't care if someone puts an APA on their list because some really blur the line anyway but to include a beer that you have to drive for hours just to pick up like I've noticed in some posts is quite a stretch.

My favorite is Firestone Walker Union Jack. Of "available" IPAs, that's always my first choice. Beyond that, I like Flower Power, Torpedo, and Brew Free or Die.

Ahh Wegmans, Yeah they dont cross the Syracuse line heading East towards Albany. Over this way its Price Chopper (their selection is improving but not adequate yet). Next time I make it out to Rochester for work I will searching for the Titan.
