Time for a delicious nightcap after finishing up some work. Cheers!
Just came back from havin a few at 3Floyds (Fuck what the naysayers say. Everything about that place is awesome.) 1. 3Floyds Backmasking. In typical Floyds fashion, this one is pretty hoppy for an oatmeal stout. I get a a good amount of piney/grassy notes to accompany that stout qualities. 2. 3Floyds Booty Camp. It's a good pilsener. Nothing more, nothing less. Not as grassy as I'd expect though. Thicker malt presence. Similar to Jinxproof or Dortmunder Gold. 3. Hitachino Commerorative Ale. Great Lakes Christmas Ale is what I thought of right away. If you like that brew or any holiday spiced beer, I think you'll enjoy this brew.
Stores should be required to discount that!
Capping off the night with a Behemoth bomber. World class stuff without a doubt.
Just a nice Tripel Karmaliet....
Double Crooked Tree + Plead the 5th = Double Jeopardy
Of course you do, so get on it & make it so.
You won't be disappointed.
They come out around this time of year, yeah?
Espresso Oak Aged Yeti should be forthcoming in the next few months if I recall correctly (Feb/March?)
I think Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti follows that, with Oak Aged following that.
