Having some vegan southern food and a west sixth IPA...
Fried faux chicken, mashed red potatoes, and green beans with white truffle oil. Wish I'd had a nice Belgian to go with this, but it's all good. Cheers all!!

I was bummed when I was only able to secure one bottle of Enjoy By 2-15-13 before it vanished in my area.......then I went to dinner at my favorite pizza place tonight and saw the most wonderful sight. Enjoy By 2-15-13 on tap. Yes please. After two I am good to go.

Haha. That's a very common reaction. It's sounds sketchy at first for sure. It's just like vegetable protein and wheat gluten. Then we season it and cook it like regular chicken. It's actually pretty good. My wife is vegan, but I only eat vegan at home. It isn't like real chicken, but it's pretty damn good!

Was looking for hopslam and palate wrecker today. Could find either, walked into half a case of Bourbon County instead. Enjoying my bcbs now with the father-in-law.

Was in no way blown away by this on tap at the Anniversary Party, most likely palate/brain fatigue. There is something to be said about enjoying a beer in the proper glassware, in your PJ's, watching Bourdain. I ended up giving it a ripe 4.81, my highest rated Imperial Stout, sorry RareR D.O.S. and BA Plead...
