Just a simple Lager for me right now. Wyoming State Brewing Paleface Lager. A well made Lager, especially if it's a local and good, deserves patronage and I reckon, I'm the fella to do that.
Last night started with a fresh 19.2oz can of Dale's Pale Ale. Canned on 1/14/13 in Brevard, NC
Bell's Bourbon Barrel Batch 9000 at Sam's
split a Brown Shugga with a friend at a bar
and tied the night off with a SN Pale Ale

Going to start with the Hopslam , finish with the FBS then go lay down int he memory foam bed with the goose down comforter and have sweet dreams about drinking more beer , perks of working 3rd , you get to drink before anyone else , haha. Going to wake up to watch the El Plato Supreme later tonight

Finishing up some beers that have been lingering in my fridge since Christmas. Starting with this one...

This just seemed like the right thing to do, so splitting this w my girl. Absolutely gorgeous head and damn sexy body mmmm. The beer was good too; seriously though, one of the better stouts out there.
Having a bottle of Westmalle Tripel. Best before Oct 2, 2010? I'll be the judge of that!! It's...amazing!

I am having a Ruckus Brewing Co. Hoptimus Prime, 9.0% ABV , cloudy golden color with little head. for a double IPA it is good, 3.5+ but there are others I prefer more.

Found this one as close to the outer realm of tangled boxes and scattered wine racks of my cellar as I care to attempt yet. Hope there are more such wonderful finds to enjoy today.
I'm having this local beer. I had it fresh at the brewery yesterday and I thought it was solid. Now if only they dated their bottles, people would know what they're getting. I picked up the shaker pint there yesterday as well.
That's all I have ever known it as. What was the format before? I remember neighbor of the beast was in tall boys and then it got switched to 12 oz'ers. Was that how it was for Ghandi-Bot?

Trying to be financially responsible and not spend money I don't have right now, but loved it on tap and really, really, really, want to grab a bottle of it while still on the shelves. Think I am going to cave on my way home later today.
I like malt liquor and refried beans to add a touch of sweetness and thicken at the same time. Or some Left Hand Fade to Black for a touch of spice, not sure if this years was brewed with peppers again or not, but I really liked it last year.
