Peace and quiet.
Fantastic nose on the Hoptologist. Reminds me of a less complex Zombie Dust. Higher levitations for the beer and while is was very good it was a little bit of a let down. Bitter finish after a stellar citrus and sweet sugar start!
the nose is a mix between awesome and weird, but this is freakin hoppy heaven. delicious new one for me!
First time with Super Hero.
How much was it?
Fat Head's Gudenhoppy Pils right now.. Maumee Bay Total Eclipse Breakfast Stout later on.. cheers!
Beats me, got it in a trade.
Lot #6, cheers!
Bigfoot 2013 and its really good!
It was very good, if they growlered it I would send you some. brewery only sadly.
Bitter Brewer first now drinking a Myrcenary
A couple of these while mowing:
Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout I've been cellaring for a year and a half. Wanted to put a few more months on it but the urge was too strong!
Wookie Jack! Wow so good, love it.
Mikkeller Hop Burn DIPA...
Drinking Blind Pig out of the bottle for the first time. The previous 3x I've had this was on tap, AND 2x I made the mistake of drinking Blind Pig after drinking Pliny the Elder. So this bottle makes up amends- and it is a delicious beer with an awesome malt backbone full of hoppy flavour but a more moderate bitterness that doesn't cover up the rest of the beer. Absolutely delicious.
Wow- is that one a special release or a seasonal? I will probably be seeing a friend from Mass around June 21, and was wondering if he'd still be able to snag some for me around that time.
This is mighty refreshing! Thanks to Ri0, much appreciated!
Cheers BAs ~
SanTan Devil's Ale
Good stuff and all thanks to my sister-in-law! I guess she's not that bad after all!
Strange combination tonight: some Midas Touch (haven't had it in a while) and some storm king.
Figured I'd try to infuse some pineapple into Shorts Beard of Zeus with my French press.
Viola - Beard of Zeus w/ Pineapple. Biggest whale ever, only one was ever created. Suck it, Dave.
DFH MIdas Touch. This beer has been in my beer fridge for about 2 years, I'm sure. Hanging out in the background, teaching all the new beers how to make me happy. I feel like it's done it's job well, so it's time has come. In fact, it's very tasty, despite it's age. Well done, beer, well done.
Long day- up at 5, home by 7. Time to relax with Mike and the 'bots. And this-
Feelin' better already- perfect choice!
Kickin Wednesday in the Nads
Damn tasty IPA for a rainy night. Cheers!
I need to get a legit french press
It was a limited release with Lawson's Finest from Vermont. I don't think it will be around in June so I would probably have your friend pick some up now. Good luck!
Pretty good stuff.
Will do- as soon as I get that rsvp I'm sending him on a mission! Thanks.
Celebrating my Birthday with a special pull from the fridge. Despite it lacking any carbonation it is actually quite tasty.
This one looks and smells promising. What a great, dense whipped-cream head! (doesn't really show in the photo)
A 750mL Brett beer for around $10 @ Whole Foods. Like!
How do you post an actual picture?
Had to drive to Iowa to get this one. It was worth it.
