Cant go hard everyday ryan
If you needed funds, you could have just asked for a donation from the BA community...no need to settle for ugly women, ramen noodles, or bad beer.
Celebrating moving into my new home.
How'd you get the label off?

Lagunitas Lil Sumpin Sumpin
Nearly 2 years in a fridge.
thats the best part!
This one is goin' down, now:
Short's definitely nailed this one a bit more than Sam Adams Maple Pecan Porter, but honestly, both are winners. I think the Sam Adams one *may* edge Short's in straight Maple Pecan aroma, but Short's has it in terms of taste.
So now I have to get a fridge to put empties in to get the labels off....
yeah, it's really enjoyable. I had been drinking a lot of Narwhal recently, and I loved it, but this stuff is better.
Sounds like a reasonable plan.
Humidity takes the labels off.
The way I see it, beer is like sex even when it's bad it's still good...same with ramen.
Dat glass. Thanks again Brian!
FUCK YES CAKE!
More Sucks for me tonite. That sixer went fast.
"Torpedo" nuff said...
im still somewhat new to craft beer but everything I have had from Unibroue has been amazing. They are slowly turning into one of my favorite breweries....
I keep coming across Narwhal but haven't given in yet. Think thats next on my list of new beers to try.
So do some people steam bottles to bring the labels off or is that crazy talk?
Off a little early tonight so I'm enjoying my first W-n-B thanks to Circleo12. Now need to get updated on pages of LNBASS shananigans. Cheers!!!
That'd probably work!
Done coding today. Beer time: Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA.
Last one. Need to get more.
my first sierra nevada narwhal.
definitely an above average beer. if you can get founders imperial stout in bulk, there's not much reason to buy narwhal. other than that it's fantastic.
reviewed the beer, then added a splash of woodford reserve. predictably made the beer even better. heed my advice: sierra nevada beer (especially celebration, and now narwhal) + a splash of woodford reserve = some serious stuff.
WOW, soo good.
I can't speak for st9647v3 but, I like Barleys and really enjoyed this one. In fact, went back to Victory to buy more bottles. (Just my 2 cents.) Buy at least two bottles (or more), one to drink now and one to age. I've had the Red Thunder, liked that also and committed some to my cellar for aging.
if you just know it from the trash talk on BA, black xantus is probably the most underrated beer in the world.
I have 2-3 of these in the cellar. I've had it fresh 1-2 times. I loved it. But I hear all these amazing things about how this thing ages. I get so tempted to pop a bottle. Patience is hard. But it seems it will payoff!
A little post-holiday fridge clearing...
First of the night:
Left Hand Wake Up Dead on Nitro
Black Butte Porter randalled through fresh coffee beans and bourbon infused Madagascar vanilla beans
Speedway on tap
and when I got home:
Devil Made Me Do It! while watching American Horror Story
Yeah I basically forgot about the 4 pack that I stashed away a year ago. Found them today and figured I'd open one for "scientific purposes" I'm so glad I did, tastes awesome with a year on it.
Goes down so easy.
