I can attest, sweet 16 is delicious.
That what I said when I poured the 1st glass. It's been like that since I tapped the keg. It's insane. The most oily IPA I've done. It's nuts. I've turned that recipe into a house one, it's so good it's stupid.. I've got some bottled to send into a comp, it's that good.
Upland Helios Pale Ale
Union Jack earlier was fantastic - fortunately I've got one of these to follow it up:
Founders Centennial IPA...
Listening to Candlemass' 1993 EP, Sjunger Sigge Furst, featuring metal covers of Swedish songs from the 40's and 50's. I know, lol. But these are all great drinking songs. Check out this one, "Tjo och Tjim och Inget Annat":
C'mon - that's awesome stuff.
It just sounds overblown because it's the last sentence in the chapter; he's trying to just make one final, all-encompassing statement of what was a very theoretically complex chapter. I know the author and I can guarantee you that his personal demeanor is actually waaaaay more down to earth than that might lead you to believe—guy's just absurdly smart and lucid.
Anyway, it's about time to go "massage" those neuron connections I just wired. Grease 'em up, maybe they'll fire faster in the future?
Never blasphemy . . .rockin' flattery! \m/
That's awesome—I really need to start brewing!
How can you not like Candlemass, purveyors of doom!
Stouts... From a can... Mmmm
Damn I wish CCB distributed in NJ. i love this stuff!!!!
I actually have not been successful as a "drink and Play" because my material can be a lil technical but here is a song I wrote for someone in Malta
2011 BB4D by Kuhnhenns
listening to Amy Winehouse Rehab
Drinking SN Celebration Ale
Listening to Mike Stern - Chromazone
Half Acre Daisy Cutter. My Binny's doesn't sell Half Acre, so I gotta go all the way to Whole Foods, what's up with that. Picked up some delicious sorbet and gelato since I was there though, so ice cream and Daisy Cutter.
Happy weekend ba. First, I killed this when I got home,
Now, I'm onto this. Good fucking shit man.
I wound up choosing this for desert!
Having it with some pumpkin pudding! The combination of this tasty chocolate bomb with the pudding? I am in Yoohoo heaven! As I let the stout warm, the chocolate flavor just keeps getting better! I shall finish this bomber tonight, savoring it's sweet bliss! (Pay no attention to the Busch Light across the table!)
Green Flash West Coast IPA
Evening BA. Just found one of these left over from the fall.
Still delicious. Brooklyn BCS on tap next, possibly with a glass of whiskey, a la callmeishmALE.
This beers quite the Treat.....
We're over in the Homebrew section waiting on you. It's not cheaper than buying, but I won't lie. It's more fun that hunting whalez.
I did not care for that Sam Adams Imperial White
Cracked the Marron Acidify finally. Digging this sour brown!
Nope I did not see the BUSCH LIGHT!
Fresh expedition vs fresh founders RIS. Founders wins in a landslide. Can't wait to do this again every 6-12 months as they age. Wish I had more ten Fidy to throw in the mix, but I may just have to close with a BCBS 12.
Aw hells yeah. I just ran out of bourbon yesterday. It's a sad event for a Kentuckian.
Well, I am totally enjoying my Southern Tier Choklat stout while "banging my head" to your jam! Don't let my avatar fool you . . .
One of my New Years resolutions was more Stouts and fewer IPAs. This one will do just fine in keeping on my goal.
It's not mine I tell ya . . .
Thanks just bang the couch arms! \m/
New Hardywood Coffee RIS
Had Nogne O Winter Ale, which was delicious, now I'm enjoying a Founders Breakfast Stout. Boom. America f@<k yea!
Just picked this up this afternoon , already had my Two Hearted now on to this , Have a great weekend
My favorite beer. Served in the proper glass of course
This thread needs more whaling guitar solos and less rhythm. And maybe some cowbell too?
Furious poured into a badass Half Acre mug from cfrances33:
Drinking this while watching some of my favorite family guy clips

Cracked my 1st ever bottle of homebrew tonight. Not bad for the first attempt. It's a hoppy wheat with lots of cascade.
