    Having your Vanilla Bean Stout

    A-deep black with a nice 1 finger head.

    S- molasses, vanilla, lactose and dark chocolate malt

    T- smooth vanilla with a slight chocolate malt flavor and lactose sugar in the finish. Very easy drinking.

    M- medium body with a stickiness that should be there for a stout. Perfect attenuation on the yeast.

    Yeast is an English ale yeast?? Malt bill??

    Just send the recipe if you don't mind. This is awesome!! Better than FIS!!

    Decided to stick with IPA's tonight. Def prefer the BB over this. I suppose it's becoming clear I'm an east coast ipa kinda guy. And now I know. And knowing is half the battle!

  39. I always thought Hi-C went better with IPA's or chocolate forward stouts. Guess I have some experimenting to do next time I'm on the road for work.
