Ahh, I'd never noticed that. I suppose that does make up for it.
Opening up the three day weekend with a barley wine that was a collaboration between some local brewers. Pretty tasty...

Smuttynose Big A IPA somewhat disappointed on this one....
Enjoy by 02.15.13? More like enjoy by RIGHT NOW! This stuff is fantastic. So floral. It is like getting hit in the face with a delicious, alcohol-laden bouquet.
Hopslam again tonight.
it's only 8pm but I better start thinking about a nightcap!
Carton brewing B.D.G. (Brunch Dinner Grub) fantastic beer. Tasted it locally after work and bought a growler just to take some home.
Was curious as to what this would taste like after being palate-wrecked by Enjoy By. Happy to report that it still tastes awesome. Florida hops are immune to palate wrecking?!?
Cheese quesadilla, guacamole and mean salsa paired with ElCuCuy black IPA:
along some dinner music:
Cheers BAs ~
It's a Lagunitas...and it Sucks.

Having this pretty little thing:
Very floral, with just a hint of barrel. Cheers!
Got a growler of Lazy Magnolia Timber Beast. Solid. Got Sucks just in case. I'll save that for the Falcon's game Sunday.
HELL yeah...gonna crack one on football Sunday for sure.
Drinking a couple of these while watching the 2-hour series finale of Fringe.
Kuhnhenn Penatration Porter. I am blushing just typing that.
This is what I'll be drinking tonight as well. Too tired/lazy to hit up any liquor stores and noticed the other day that Kroger had these for $7.99 a sixer. I plan on picking up some and then ordering a pizza and not leaving the house for the rest of the night. Cheers!
p.s. I also got a Dirty Bastard and a 22oz bomber of Yeti Imperial Stout in the fridge so you never know!
That's almost precisely what I did tonight. Pizza, lots of ruthless rye. Damn good choice! Cheers!
Started with a couple of pints of Schlafly's Dry-Hopped APA on cask at their Tap Room. Very nice. Home now and enjoying my first Hopslam of the season!
Starting the night off with my last Publican Porter. Cheers all.

This beer is just stellar. I forgot how much I enjoyed it!
Colin, THANK YOU!
Catching anything more than a buzz?
Just had a bottle last week, really liked it too. The red wine flavor really adds a little something extra.
Tick. Not much more.
Olde Hickory Brewery THE EVENT HORIZON on Tap at Sam's
Drinking a growler of SN Northern Hemi
Listening to Tony Williams Lifetime - Believe It
Stopped by Tired Hands in Ardmore, PA this afternoon for the first time. Tried samples of Tired Hands (Pale Ale), The Light That Spills Out Of The Hole In Your Head (Citrus Pale Ale), DeepSleep (Black Winter Lager), Nigel (India Black Ale) and California Uber Helles (Hoppy Keller Helles). Their beers were all really, really good.
Now enjoying this in my new glass I picked up today as well. Cheers!
This was hot shit when it came out, 2 months later its getting killed here on BA. Glad to try it for myself, I thoroughly enjoyed it, but its not an elite beer by any means.
Listening to Sirius jam on. Phish '93, Forbins->Mockingbird with a ridiculous vibration of life dialogue. Goddamn I love these guys.
Sharing some "Nigel" with my wife. #AgentsOfOblivion
Wasn't totally digging this the first time around, but alas.....we must always try things at least twice. Better the second time around for sure.
Spidey likes it too and he is never wrong. Though Venom kicked his ass royaly.
Finally getting around to watching this (season 1):
