Stoudts Smooth Hoperator earlier.. TBK White Rajah right now.. Hopslam later.. cheers!
Started with this:
Shifting gears to this:
It's Oak Horizontal (Old Horizontal aged in bourbon barrels for 3 months). It's pretty good. I would buy it again.
Night Stalker (11/19/12 1358)
Nope, not infected.
AND you had to show your case of Hopslam in the background just to rub it in? C'mon, man!
A day off, drinking McFi`1qn
This sweet piece of hop candy just showed up in NJ:
while watch re-runs of Workaholics until a new episode later tonight. The interwebs provided me with this fitting pic for BA.
Hill Farmstead Edward
Starting this gorgeous evening in the mid 60s with a Ruthless Rye! Recycled pic.
Cheers BAs ~
I just got back from the beer store where I picked up a couple of Growlers. I'm going to have another O'Hara's now. Oh, and the Growlers are filled with Big Sky Ivan The Terrible.
A day off, drinking McFindlay's Scotch Ale at When Pigs Fly
Tonight's going to be a wine night.
That said, I just opened up a bottle of Green Flash West Coast IPA and I can't very well let it go to waste. And that bottle of ruthless Rye in my fridge looks kind of lonely since I took its friend away...
The Tap (formerly Haverill) Joshua Norton Imperial Stout.
Sixpoint 3 Beans ...goes down SUPER easy. I'm going for #3 tonight. Try this beer. It's definitely a Porter, it's a bit less viscous than an imperial stout, but it is a roasty slight coffee flavored fairly thin mouthfeel tub of awesome. I've had Hopslam, and for a 10% beer I can't believe how easy this drinks...file this one under DANGEROUS.
Took a day off from training. So decided to work on finishing my keg. More Wipeout IPA for me.
Whoa! Seriously my luck right? I shared with you before how I missed these great brews in the states I lived in before! Great score at any rate!
What are your thoughts?
I made a donation to help Long Islanders and a Long Island Brewery affected by SS Sandy and I got a bottle of craft beer in return...
Surge Protector (Sandy Relief Ale)
My first glass of a growler of Head Hunter - first time ever on tap for me. This is great!
I'm on my third hop slam after a crappy lunch shift.
Simply put, I'd buy a case if it were available.
Long busy day at work. Finally got home and decided to split this with my wife

She only wanted a little, but she likes it which is huge considering less then a year ago she wasn't drinking any beers. Now she loves stouts and has found a new fervor for barrel aged selections
Moving on to this tasty treat
Trying Red's Rye PA for the first time...awesome! And even better is that it was marked down to 5.99 a 6pk (10/1/12 bottled date) to make room for the FIS, which I also picked up, of course
Enjoying my last night of four days off.
finally arrived in Kentucky...
The mix is actually pretty dern tasty. Drinking all of this kind of at the same time, haha... The Expedition is waiting in the wings for when I finish the mix and the Hopslam.
Finishing a can of Ghandi Bot, to be followed by a can of Sea Hag. CT's finest.

Good Evening BA's
Starting off with a few of these tonight
Watching the Bruins/Rangers game. Not a good start for the B's tonight, Tukkaa's gota buckle down. Got a good fight though pretty early in.
Having a pour of Palate Wrecker. Cheers!
Oh yeah...me = happy!
Hit up a local cafe earlier to do some work and drink some beers.
Started off with some Odell Red. A personal favorite and, as usual, did not disappoint one bit.
Followed that up with some New Belgium Coffee Chocolate Imperial Stout. I had tried this once before and thought it was decent but wasn't a huge fan of it, personally. Pulled a 180 after this experience, thought it was quite good this time around. Would happily drink this one again. And again.
No pictures for the rest but hit up a bar later and tried some Boulder Beer Oak Aged Obovoid Oatmeal Stout (fairly unimpressive, not bad but a letdown) and some Prost Doppelbock (delicious).
A recycled pic from a few weeks ago:
Good ole Nugget Nectar again. Hoping I can get Hopslam soon as well. Best beer month of the year in my opinion!
founders breakfast stout. this caffeine-sensitive chic is obviously taking tomorrow AM off
