  4. Yes, the Fuller's version was bottled in crown-capped 500 ml. bottles, so they're pretty easy to distinguish from the old corked Gales that B. United was distributing to it's wholesaler network for many years.

    Pretty sure the US got 2007 and maybe 2008 (?) vintages- originally imported by Distinguished Brands, which evolved into PaulanerHP USA - the current Fuller importer. Unfortunately, they've got one of the all-time least helpful websites going (I think they're Facebook presence might be more informative, but I don't go there). Perhaps an email to them might get you more info.
