A buddy is going and has no idea what time to show up. How early do people recommend?

If you have to ask, you shouldn't go.
Instead of being a snobby douche, how about providing some real answers?
I would say by 7 am or so, but better safe than sorry.
I will be there 3:30ish depending on when I end up leaving home. But that is much earlier than needed I just have to work still so being towards the front will be advantageous for me haha. But it should be good times in the cold windy weather none-the-less with some tasty brews. 5 or 6 is plenty early to secure a case and not stress about being at the end of a huge line or anything. but it seems 6 o'clock is the average time set from people so perhaps 5.
Thank you. I plan on getting there around 7:30. It's supposed to warm up in the afternoon. I'm hoping sooner rather than later!
The line was wrapped around the building by 6am. Might as well skip it.
Everyone around us has the same mindset..I'm sticking it out. We got here shortly after 5 and it was crazy then.
For those who were at last years, about where did the line end for the cutoff for beer?
I haven't left yet. Should I even bother at this point?
Last year the cut off was right about at the back gate. For CBS I was about 3/4 of the way around the building and was number 630.
You won't get a case, sorry. You might have a chance at getting into the brewpub, but there's a line for that too. I got here at 4:30 and im not sure if I'll get anything.
Kinda curious to know if you scored a case, would think showing up at that early I'd be in the green.
I'm still currently in line, but it's slowly moving.
Anytime before 6:00am might have worked for you.
My girlfriend got there at 6am, and got nothing, so anytime before that would have be good.
I was 392 after getting there at 4:30, I am so glad that there will be 3x this next year. If not I wouldnt even bother.
Well having got there at 4:30, I got ticket 388. It would have sucked to be so close to getting a ticket if they hadn't home down to half a case.
I got there at 4:15, got ticket #334, would have missed a full case by 19 people.
