Right now only:
GF Palate Wrecker
Founders Double Trouble
Great Divide 18th anniversary double IPA
Cigar City Jai alai
Southern Tier 2X Stout.
Sixpoint Bengali Tiger
Two Brothers Cane & Ebel
I'm the only hophead among my family/friends- so I keep the IPAs on hand to a minimum. I generally order IPAs on tap though
Central City Red Racer IPA (Red Betty)
I use a really similar one, but covered the glass with sides of my favorite 4 and 6-packs to light-proof the glass for cellaring. Classy sh** right here though- gonna need a double-wide before long.
Hoptimum, Hop Rod Rye, Founders Double Trouble, Arcadia's Hopmouth, and.......something else which I can't think of. Too lazy to get up.
FW Union Jack
FW Double Jack
White Birch Hooksett
FRESH Flower Power
Founders Double Trouble
Jack's Abbey Hoponius
And a couple others.
But who cares about the others after those first 4?
Knee Deep Simcoe Triple IPA X 2
PTE x 3
Figueroa Mtn. Hoppy Poppy IPA
4 pack of Hoptimum
Great Divide 18th Oak Aged IIPA
But I'm about to roll through these like a wrecking ball while i watch the Laker Gamer.
Here's the answer on hops. The hops degrade over time. Drink an IPA with age and it takes on a sweet, caramel flavor most common to a barleywine. If you crave the bitter hop flavor, fresh grapefruit, resinous pine then drink it fresh. It's all chemistry now a days.
Just received a case of Heady Topper!!
EDIT: Oh also a case of Deviant Dales!
FW Double Jack
Flying Fish Hopfish on tap

If we are talking only Hoppy beers this is what I got right now.
Ale Asylum Bedlam
Ale Asylum Ambergeddon
Central Waters Glacier Trail IPA
New Glarus Moon Man
New Glarus Black Top

The last of my Nugget Nectar
Orkney Skull Splitter
Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout
I have a bunch of Pils too- Troegs Sunshine Pils just came out, and it was worth the wait.
There's also some Bigfoot and Lagunitas Maximus in there.
The Kernel Brewery - India Pale Ale Citra
BrewDog - Hardcore IPA
The Kernel just moved into a larger facility, so hopefully it will start making it's way to the US with more frequency. It's been my best find here in London so far.
I am an IPA fan and my beer fridge (my side, not my wife's) always is stocked with IPAs
On the man half of the fridge:
5 - Sierra Nevada Torpedo - my all-time favorite and failsafe in my beer fridge
1 - Boulder Beer Co Mojo - getting more of this today, I love this brew
4 - Sweetwater IPA - my favorite for the lake, maybe it's just the label
2 - Redhook Longhammer IPA - left over from my original purchase -- not a bad beer but a sub-par IPA
I'm going to the Class Six on base today to purchase:
6 - Anchor Liberty Ale - one of my favs
6 - Sierra Nevada Torpedo
6 - Boulder Beer Co Mojo
6 - Good People IPA - local IPA, not the best but a good session beer since it's canned
For laughs, contrast that with my wife's side of the fridge:
8 - Bud Light with Lime
4 - Rolling Rock Light
3 - Miller High Life
2 - Michelob Light Lime Cactus
Cheers and hopes of a good weekend to all my fellow hop heads!
