Where can I buy a co2 tank locally?

  1. Good question. Its about 2.5 ' tall, gotta be right in line with the kegs although I dont know how tall they are off the top of my head.

Ball lock kegs are about 25" tall. Pin locks are a few inches shorter.
  3. If it doesn't fit I'll have to think of a way to hook up the gas line outside of the fridge. Pretty sure it can be done.
  4. You made me nervous so I checked the specs of the fridge and thankfully it is 33 & 3/4 " (no freezer). I should be in the clear.

    Lots of people do.
  6. Which option is better? Is cold gas better than room temp gas?

Functionally, it works as well either way. I like the tank inside the keezer because it's not visible.
  8. I keep my 20# tank in a closet adjacent to my bar. It doesn't need to be nearby - the gas line can be as long as you like. You could even put it in the basement to keep it completely out of sight.
