In my experience, the legality of shipping in MA is not much of a concern for a box from Belgium. The much bigger concern is that the Belgian companies are not licensed to ship beer to the US, and so every box runs the risk of being confiscated by US Customs. I have heard of a few boxes being confiscated, too, but I have heard of many more getting through.
  2. I have two coming in from Belgium right now, one of which is through the USPS, where I think the biggest risk lies on the US side. Hopefully, it'll go through.
