Start 2013 off right by joining us for a 5 course, 5 beer dinner. Price is $50 pp plus tax. Check out the menu:

1st Course
Parsnip and Carrot Ginger Bisque served with Perpetual IPA
Soup served half & half then garnished with herb oil.

2nd Course
Seafood Salad with Baby Arugula served with DreamWeaver Wheat
Marinated shrimp, calamari and mussels dressed with baby arugula and pickled Bermuda onions tossed with a lemon extra virgin olive oil vinaigrette.

3rd Course
Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Duck Confit served with Troegenator Double Bock
House made sweet potato gnocchi with slow roasted duck, chestnuts, fresh oregano and shallots in a brandy cream sauce.

4th Course
Coffee Rubbed NY Sirloin served with JavaHead Stout
Pan seared coffee rubbed NY sirloin presented with potato gratin and sautéed brussel sprout leaves, finished with a JavaHead demi glace.

5th Course
Stuffed Crepe served with Mad Elf Ale
House made crepe stuffed with a blend of fresh cherries and mascarpone cheese, drizzled with a warm chocolate sauce.
