Winter Beer Dinner

Holiday with the Greene’s

In preparing for the Winter dinner chef Robert Bowling and I wanted to do something a little different. So while we are still pairing beer with food for this dinner, we are basing the food on Colonial foods for a different take on the traditional holiday dinner. To take this angle a step further we are serving historic drinks using some Natty’s classics as the base. The meal will be served family style to give a more cozy feel as well. In the end we hope this dinner will give you all the joy of the holiday season, but with none of the stress.

1st course ~ Wassail Traditional Punch made with Buckshot
2nd course ~ Various Pickled items and Sausage Balls
Flip made with Old Town Brown
3rd course ~ Oyster stew
Belgian Black Ale
4th course ~ Venison Pot Pie with a side of corn fritters
Smoked Porter
5th course ~ Williamsburg Snow Balls
Russian Imperial Stout

The tickets for the dinner are available at the pub, in order to make it the perfect gift for your favorite beer lover, or for you, we provide the ticket wrapped in an envelope so it’s ready to be delivered under your tree..
