EdibleBOSTON & Cambridge Brewing Co. Four Course Dinner

The dinner will be four courses designed by CBC Executive Chef David Drew using only local and fresh ingredients to be paired with Brewmaster Will Meyers’ hand-crafted seasonal brews. There will be representatives from edibleBOSTON magazine, our brew staff and some of the farms featured on the menu. This dinner will be sure to warm your soul on a cold February evening.

The menu will be entirely Massachusetts- and New England-raised, which means a completely local dinner when each course is paired with CBC's amazing beers.

The evening’s offerings will include: Wild Massachusetts Lobster Tempura with Onion Soubise, Pickled Sea Beans and Ben’s Foraged Mushrooms paired with Spring Training IPA; Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin with House-Made Bacon, Grass Fed Massachusetts Beef, Pommes Puree, Kale Soufflé and Lobster Bordelaise paired with Sgt Pepper; and a Taza Chocolate Mousse paired with Bad Knees.

There are only 60 seats available (many have already sold!) and reservations are required. The price is $75 in advance and includes all tax and gratuity. The dinner will be served family-style and will feature speakers from Hanson Farm (Gilbertville, MA), a local greenhouse farmer, and CBC's Brewmaster Will Meyers.
