On Thursday February 14th, the brewpub at Victory Brewing Cmpany in Downigtown, PA will be hosting their 17th Anniversary dinner. The full menu is below -

1st course -

Smoked Duck Breast and Crostini
Micro greens, cherry vinaigrette, house smoked duck breast and Yellow Spring’s goat cheese crostini
Paired with Schwarz Pils

2nd course -

Sea bass, Orzo and Tomato Broth
Pan seared Chilean sea bass over herbed orzo and spiced tomato broth
Paired with Biere de Garden

3rd course -

Stuffed Quail
Grilled semi boneless quail, bacon and cornbread stuffing, fried leeks and Hop Wallop volute
Paired with Hop Wallop Ale

Intermezzo -

Strawberry and pepper slush

4th course -

Lamb Roulade with Root Vegetable Puree
Braised lamb roulade with arugula, roasted red pepper, toasted pine nuts, served with parsnip and turnip puree, and lamb demi glace
Paired with Hundred Horse Ale

5th course -

Chocolate and Raspberry Napolean
Chocolate Storm King mousse, fresh raspberry glaze, sweet puff pastry, garnished with chocolate covered raspberries
Paired with Storm King Stout
