The Hamilton Inn is proud to host a Craft Beer Pairing dinner featuring beers created by Good Nature Brewing. Join us at 6PM on Friday evening, March 22, 2013, at the Hamilton Inn as we begin this three course culinary adventure.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour featuring Good Nature’s Blonde Ale paired with artisanal cheeses, a charcuterie display, Alsatian onion tarts and jerk chicken & mango spring rolls.
The seafood first course is paired with American Brown Ale and is centered on a crispy crab chourcroute with seafood infused gumbo broth.
Good Nature’s American Pale Ale headlines the next course and is paired with braised pork shank, house made bratwurst, sauerkraut, herb roasted fingerling potatoes.
To round out the evening we feature Bourbon Porter. Paired with sweet potato cake and a bourbon toffee sauce this delicacy is accompanied by our decadent sour cream ice cream.
