First Course
312
Inspired by the city of Chicago and densely populated with flavor, 312's spicy aroma of Cascade hops is followed by a crisp, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body that's immensely refreshing.
CEVICHE DE CAMARONES EN CREMA DE AJI AMARILLO
Fresh cooked shrimp marinated in a creamy aji Amarillo sauce, lime juice and spices. Topped with fresh red onions.

Second Course
SUMMERTIME
The color of sunshine, with a light fruity aroma and a hint of fruity acidity, Goose Island Summertime is the perfect summer session ale. A Kölsch beer brewed in the traditional German fashion, you'll find yourself enjoying and savoring each sip of summertime as much as you do those hot summer days and cool summer nights.
CHUPE
Shrimp and fish chowder with carrots, peas, baby lima beans, potatoes, rice and poached eggs.

Third Course
HONKER'S ALE
Inspired by visits to English country pubs, Honker's Ale combines a fruity hop aroma with a rich malt middle to create a perfectly balanced beer. Immensely drinkable, Honker's Ale is not only the beer you can trust but one you'll look forward to time and again.
PESCADO A LO MACHO
Fresh red snapper lightly breaded and fried. Topped with a tomato based sauce with coconut milk and mixed seafood medley.

Fourth Course
INDIA PALE ALE
Our India Pale Ale recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result is a hop lover's dream with a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, and long hop finish.
OSSOBUCO CON QUINOTTO
Veal shank slowl braised with carrots, celery, tomatoes and onions. Served with creamy parmesan cheese quinotto (quinoa).

Fifth Course
LEFFE BRUNE (BROWN)
Leffe brune is an authentic abby ale, brewed according to traditional recipe of the Abby of Leffe. Leffe Brown has a delicate taste of vanilla and clove, and the full aroma of toffee and caramel. It thanks its deep, dark brown colour to darkly roasted malt.
DULCE DE LECHE CHEESECAKE
Dulce caramel-infused cheese entwined with gooey pockets of dulce and chewy marbling on top. All awhirl in a creamy white chocolate cheesecake.
