Brew & Fondue - Rouge Beer Dinner

Eat, drink and be merry April 26-28 with Brew & Fondue! A match made in cheesy, delicious heaven for only $49.99 per person. Our pairing menu includes four courses of fondue including cheese, salad, entree and dessert courses, each expertly paired with one of four craft beers by Rouge.

First Course: "Dead Guy Duo" Cheese Fondue paired with Dead Guy Ale
Second Course: Spinach Mushroom Salad with Raspberry Black Walnut Vinaigrette paired with Juniper Pale Ale
Third Course: Filet Florentine, Black Angus Sirloin, Chicken Provencal, and Old Bay Shrimp paired with Dry Hopped St. Rouge Red
Fourth Course: Chocolate Wildberry Crunch Fondue paired with Chocolate Stout
