First Course: Grilled flatbread, chipotle chicken, housemade smoked mozzarella, pickled jalapeno & cilantro pesto

Second Course: Lamb Ragout with pomegranate & smoked fingerling potatoes
Paired with: Loose Cannon IPA
Third Course: Surf & Turf, Braised short rib sliders with crab & avocado creamed corn
