At Jacob’s Pickles, we believe in the American craft beer movement and are proud to be a part of it. For our signature beer cocktail, we turned right to one of our go-to breweries—Founders Brewing Company. We love Founders Breakfast Stout. It’s an incredible beer, and actually brewed with flaked oats, bitter and sweetened imported chocolates, Sumatra and Kona coffee. So naturally we thought to bring the concept to breakfast with the Breakfast of Champions, a coffee-infused martini—a great way to wake up!

1 oz Intelligentsia coffee
1 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
2.5 oz Founders Breakfast Stout
3 coffee beans for garnish

Combine the coffee and vodka in a shaker. Once properly shaken, pour into a chilled martini glass. Top the coffee and vodka with the Founders, and garnish with 3 coffee beans for good luck.
