Poured into a pilsner glass. It's got a classic appearance - a light flaxen color, quite clear, with a generous dense head of pure white bubbles.

The smell is dominated by cooked corn, unfortunately. There is some herbal hoppiness, but it's lost in the off aromas.

The taste is okay, without the flavors that go with a cooked corn aroma dominating too much. There is some mineral taste in the finish, as in carbonated water. It's quite sweet, without much hop presence or bitterness.

The mouthfeel is average. The drinkability is fine, except for the aforementioned aroma.

On tap in Chamonix. Poured a clear, bubbly golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of bread crust, sweet caramel and floral notes. Sweet toasted caramel taste with orange and a mild bitterness.

750 ml bottle, crown-capped with swingtop for re-sealing. From Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.8%. Clear golden colour, large white head. Spicy aroma, a hint of citrus. Refreshing flavour, medium dry, moderate spicy notes, hints of citrus again, moderate hops. Easy drinking. Might well buy again.

De Hopt. En copa Grimbergen. Estudiando. Bastante plana, y con undeje entre metálico y jabonoso. Tampoco llega a desagradar, pero aburre. Pillada por la chapa

Golden filtered with champagne like carbonation and a finger of off white head

Phenols, slight lemony quality, a hint of musty cellar but mostly a clean crisp almost not present scent.

The taste is much more present like a punch to the face. Clean and fruity with pears, Chinese pears, a slight sweetness, herbal qualities, phenols, cellar and must.

Super light body, medium slightly foamy carbonation.

This one is up to par for this category. Not super outstanding but a really nice light drinking beer with many interesting qualities as mentioned on the taste. Found and drank in Chiang Mai, August 12, 2014.

Seems a special beer at the market but actually is quite normal.
Transparent golden color and an ok foam; malty taste and aroma; light body and nice carbonation. Some alcohol on the taste and smell too.
Nothing of hoppy, yeasty, fruity, etc. notes, no special bitterness or tartness.
just... normal...
