A light, crisp, refreshing and drinkable ale featuring the finest Saaz hops the Czech Republic has to offer. It is our most popular beer. Served complete with a lemon wedge.

They served it in pint glass so the head was gone by the time it made it to the table. Not a lot of aroma but it had a good hefeweizen taste (what I have come to expect from any beer the brewer claims is just like the what the Germans brew. Wasn't as heavy as a German wheat beer which means you could drink two without filling too full.

On draft at the brewery.
The beer has a light copper body with a mid haze and small, off-white head. The aroma is weak, but offers a little wheat, cracker, lemon. Refreshing, but bland. Thin, watery body with only hints of wheat, light spice, biscuity malt. No off flavors, just lacking and unassertive. At >4% abv, this goes down easily on a summer day.
