600 ml dark glass bottle poured into a beer mug in São Paulo. Pours very dark, nearly black but with a ruby amber hue when held to the light; nice tan foamy head that dissipates rather quickly but does leave nice lacing.
Aroma is primarily toasted espresso beans and roasted malts, as well as some burnt caramelizad brown sugar, molasses, some sarsaparilla. In the taste the espresso dominates, with the burnt quality of the malts coming in more midway and lingering on the finish.
The body is a bit thin for the style and possibly made thinner by high fizzy carbonation, which I find a bit much. A more subdued creamier carbonation would certainly serve the beer better. Still, this is a solidly made stout from start to finish.

Probably the best Brazilian made stout. Dark, complex, rich and full of heavy aftertaste. Only problem - price 8$ for a bottle :-(

Deep black color with lots of thick caramel head with great retention and leaving a wall of laces.
Aroma of crude malt with predominant notes of milky chocolate.
Grainy flavor with notes of licorice, roasted malts, caramel and coffee and an initial spicy sensation. Piney hops, what a surprise, otherwise it would have been too sweet. Dry aftertaste with a peaceful finish.
Medium body, slightly oily with an appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7.5% ABV is well hidden.
This is one of the best Baden Baden, but still with the same grainy malt as used in others which I don’t dig much. On the other hand, they got it right in its hopping. Decent beer.
